Getting Started​

XforWooCommerce or its individual plugins are designed to help you get more out of WooCommerce shops. There are several modules/plugins which can improve customer experience or help the management.

This website will hold current information on how to use the XforWooCommerce items.

What you'll need to use XforWooCommerce​

  • WordPress - WordPress is a user-friendly content management system for creating and managing websites. It offers customizable themes, plugins, and a large community for support and versatility in website development. WordPress requires PHP version 7.4 or greater, MySQL version 5.7 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.3 or greater. Recommanded are Apache and Nginx, but any server that supports PHP and MySQL will do.
  • WooCommerce - WooCommerce is a powerful e-commerce plugin designed for WordPress. It seamlessly integrates into WordPress websites, empowering users to create robust online stores with features like product management, secure payments, inventory tracking, and flexible shipping options.

When you have the website enviroment set up you can proceed to XforWooCommerce installation.

Basic installation steps are no different than any other plugin.

Let's start!​

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard. This is typically accessed by adding "/wp-admin" to your website's URL (e.g., www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin).
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the "Plugins" section on the left-hand side menu of your dashboard.
  3. Click on "Plugins" to enter the Plugins screen.
  4. In the top left corner of the Plugins screen, click on the "Add New" button.
  5. On the "Add Plugins" page, click on the "Upload Plugin" button located at the top of the page.
  6. Choose the plugin file from your computer by clicking the "Choose File" button, then select the plugin's zip file and click "Open."
  7. After selecting the plugin file, click on the "Install Now" button to start the installation process.
  8. WordPress will upload and install the plugin from the file you provided. Once the installation is complete, you'll see a success message.
  9. To activate the plugin, click on the "Activate" link that appears after the installation is finished. This will enable the plugin's functionality on your website.

Congratulations! You have successfully installed and activated XforWooCommerce WordPress plugin by uploading it manually.

Q: Where's my plugin zip archive?​

A: Any items you purchase from Envato Market CodeCanyon you can find here https://codecanyon.net/downloads in your CodeCanyon Downloads section. There you can download any plugin archive you've purchased including ours. Make sure you're using the plugin archive, as sometimes you download the complete package and the plugin archive needs to be extracted from it.
